Description
This template can be placed on top of policy/guideline/help pages to summarize the contents of the text in a brief few words, AKA "in a nutshell".
Usage
Type {{Nutshell|<Your message here>}} onto the page where you want this template to appear.
Example: {{Nutshell|Vegetables are good for you, so eat 'em!}}
Produces:

If the template is placed at the top of a section, you can change the text by specifying a |section after the message.
